Strategy

implemented a multifaceted strategy to achieve its objectives

Offer Design: The brand shifted from a standard 15% off entire subscription model to an enticing offer of a free product for every order over $25. This strategic change aimed to leverage the psychology of perceived value, where a free product upfront was perceived as a more attractive deal than a percentage discount.


Targeting: The advertising budget allocation was adjusted to a balanced 50/50 split between cold and retargeting audiences. This approach was particularly effective in tapping into warm traffic generated from diverse marketing channels, enhancing visibility and engagement.


Ad Creative: TheraBox utilized a dynamic carousel or slideshow format for ad creatives, featuring top-performing images alongside visuals of the free product. Compelling headlines, starting with the impactful term “FREE,” were strategically crafted to capture attention and communicate the key offer.


Scarcity Appeals: Aggressive scarcity appeals were incorporated to instigate urgency among potential customers. The strategy involved presenting a different free product each day and using phrases like "TODAY ONLY" to drive immediate action and create a sense of exclusivity.

The results of the implemented strategy were highly successful. TheraBox's strategic transformation demonstrated significant success. The Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) was notably high, indicating a substantial return on the advertising investment.
